Cancellation Policy

All clients will be required to attend their appointment after booking. However, we understand that life happens.
Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments within a 24 hour notice of the booked date.

Please cancel or reschedule via the MassageBook link in your email or contact us directly.
We will be implementing a cancellation fee for all appointments that are canceled past the 24 hour notice.
Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid this cancellation fee.

If the appointments are not canceled or rescheduled within the 24 hour notice,
The first occurrence will be a 50% fee, based on the services requested.
A second occurrence will be a 100% fee, based on the services requested.

If the client is late to their appointment, the length of the service will be reduced to accommodate for other upcoming appointments. 

All appointments will now require a security deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your appointment or need a reschedule,
please contact Heavenly Touch Massage & Spa immediately.
